Org Design

Your conversation is already full of insight. The problem is it's invisible. Its scattered across sticky notes, slides, and the notes & heads of many people who all heard something slightly different.

I make it visible.

Visual Sense-Making & Organizational Design

A complete device life-cycle map at a large enterprise

Every organization already knows more than it can see. The insights are real. However, they are scattered across sticky notes, half-finished slide decks, and conversations that happened in five different rooms with five different memories of what was said. Visual sense-making is how I bring that scattered knowledge into one shared picture: systems thinking, facilitation, organizational design, collaborative mapping, and visual communication, combined so a group can see its own complexity clearly enough to act on it.

This is helping people see how work, decisions, and priorities actually flow — often for the first time.

Grounded in change and behavior frameworks including ADKAR, the Bridges Transition Model, and COM-B behavior change theory, applied at the organizational level.

Product Mindset Cohort Transformation — A large enterprise was working to strengthen product thinking principles, but adoption was inconsistent and fragmented (siloed communication, inconsistent understanding of core concepts, and difficulty translating theory into day-to-day practice). The organization needed more than a training program; it needed a collaborative learning environment that could sustain behavioral change over time. Read the full case study.

Examples

How we work together

  1. Discovery & Systems Mapping
    1. Facilitated sessions and mapping exercises surface hidden dependencies, communication patterns, and where things are breaking down.
  2. Collaborative Organizational Design
    1. Working from what surfaced, stakeholders co-create shared approaches to capability alignment, ownership, and communication. Together we avoid the "designed in isolation and handed down" traps.
  3. Facilitation & Alignment
    1. Ongoing facilitated conversations build the collaborative capacity for the change to hold, rather than forcing a rigid solution into place.
