It took trillions of small things... actions, experiences, decisions, evolution, and luck to bring you here. You're alive and already enough. What you want and need is already inside you.

My coaching will evoke and gently provoke you to create the conditions for what you want and need to emerge. I can't heal your trauma or see the future. But together we can design experiments for you to learn and grow from.

How Coaching works

• We have a kick-off call (free) to see if we're a good fit for each other
• If so, we make a 1, 3, or 12 month-long agreement, and you pay me
• We talk on the telephone or zoom once a week
• You bring the agenda for each call
• On the calls, most of the time, you speak and I listen. I will ask you provocative and evocative questions. Before we end each call we create an experiment for you to run before the next call
• Throughout the agreement we share reasonable amounts of asynchronous communication (email or txt's)
• We consistently provide feedback to each other to ensure you're getting the most out of this
• We close the agreement and figure out what's next
