Graphic Recording & Visual Facilitation

I make the invisible visible.

By capturing your conversations in real time through text and visuals, I help groups see their own thinking, demonstrate that every voice is being heard, and surface themes and connections that might otherwise be missed.

Playing with Complexity Workshops

I design embodied, interactive workshop experiences where participants don't just learn about communication and collaboration, they feel it in their bodies. What you feel, you remember. What you remember, you use.

Teams leave with new instincts, not just new ideas. The ability to generate from abundance rather than scarcity. To build on what others offer rather than defend their own position. To move through uncertainty without freezing.

I co-founded Rigging Dojo, an online school that has run for over a decade, built communities of practice and learning cohorts within enterprises, so I know what it takes to build something that actually sustains itself.

One-on-One Coaching

It took trillions of small things — actions, experiences, evolution, and luck — to bring you here. You're alive and already enough. What you want and need is already inside you.

My coaching will evoke and gently provoke you to create the conditions for what you want and need to emerge. I can't heal your trauma or see the future, but together we can design experiments for you to learn from.

Grounded in Coaching from Essence, the Bridges Transformation Model, Complexity Science, and creativity. Available in person in the Greater Boston area and remotely anywhere.

The Long Conversation

A three-day working intensive for leaders and creative professionals standing at an inflection point. You bring what's most alive. We work with whatever that turns out to be — walking, talking, thinking on paper, making things, sitting with hard questions until they start to yield. Held in coastal New England, or wherever the work needs to happen.

Some things only become clear when you give them enough time and space.
